At 8:30 AM on July 30, 2025, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC), in collaboration with Legacy Vietnam, solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the ICBC Headquarters Fit-out Project at Diamond Park Plaza, 16 Lang Ha Street, Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi. The new headquarters is a Grade-A office building consisting of 9 storey and 4 basements, located in a prime location of Hanoi’s most prominent Financial Streets.

Following a competitive bidding process, ICBC highly valued Legacy Vietnam’s design concept and construction approach, officially appointing Legacy Vietnam as the Design & Build General Contractor for the renovation and interior fit-out of its Hanoi headquarters.

The new ICBC office reflects a harmonious blend of traditional Chinese cultural elements—capturing the global identity of the ICBC brand—with the unique architectural and cultural essence of Hanoi, Vietnam. More than just a professional working space, the project is envisioned as a symbol of the strong and enduring friendship between Vietnam and China.

Given its symbolic significance, the Hanoi Headquarters Fit-out Project has been selected as Legacy Vietnam’s significant project of 2025, marking a new milestone in the company’s development journey.
The project also brings together a team of distinguished partners, including the construction supervision unit from the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (Vietnam) and the Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology (China), China Unicom. This collaboration is a testament to the deepening cooperation between Vietnamese and Chinese enterprises in the new era.
